These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Laguna Salon website (laguna.salon) and your booking of services with Laguna Salon, Emirates Grand Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. By browsing this Site or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to website use and to appointments booked via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. No online payment or e-commerce takes place on this Site — all payment happens in-salon.
Appointments are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call — a booking is only guaranteed once confirmed by our team. Please arrive on time; late arrival may reduce your treatment time.
We request at least 4 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling (policy to be confirmed). Repeated no-shows may result in a request for prepayment on future bookings.
All prices listed on the Site are in AED and accurate as of their last update, but may change without prior notice; the price confirmed at time of booking/in-salon applies.
Clients should disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or medical conditions relevant to a treatment before the service begins.
Hair color, lash, and permanent makeup results can vary based on hair/skin condition and aftercare. Raise any concerns with our team as soon as possible after your appointment.
